Roberta Cooks, Exhibit Developer
As a Director of Exhibits and senior exhibit developer, Roberta has led exhibit development for science and nature centers, botanical gardens and maritime museums. Her background as a physician and children’s author have helped her to develop content ranging from the brain, AIDS, and cell biology to dinosaurs, boat building, and fragrance. Roberta appreciates the interdisciplinary nature of exhibits, and has partnered with scientists, film directors, sculptors, animators, dance companies and jazz violinists to bring exhibits to life.
"For me, good exhibits encourage us to ask questions, use all our senses, and feel the excitement of discovering something new about our world. I love shaping ideas, words and materials with a team of people achieve that goal."
